This program provides people that have either been injured at work or in a road accident with the knowledge of how to be future focused in their recovery and return to work, and how to be resilient in the same way that elite sportspeople are with their setbacks.

The RTW Mindset Program contains 3 engaging online modules, which are comprised of 31 bite-sized lessons that can be completed at the users own pace. 

The program is adapted from the Sportsmind programs designed by Peak Performance Coach Jeffrey Hodges and includes activities to complete along the way, as well as audio clips and a guided visualisation to listen to, as well as award winning Howie Games podcast episodes to keep you inspired during your recovery, through hearing from athletes that have overcome their own setbacks.   

Athletes tend to have a clear vision of what they need to succeed, but injured workers often aren't as clear on what they are aiming for.

This program includes:

 • Using visualisation to improve your recovery and return to work so that you can recover toward the vision that you hold of your future self and understand what you are aiming for.

 • Learning how to positively motivate yourself and understand how to channel all of your energy into your recovery, rather than getting sidetracked on logistics and scheme admin.

 • Understanding how to set & achieve compelling goals, but more importantly, how to set smaller goals to create a sense of momentum and daily achievement. 

 • Access to a 22-minute guided visualisation by Peak Performance Coach Jeffrey Hodges that focuses on the self healing of injuries.
